Shipping Information

All online orders are shipped Monday through Friday each week, excluding major holidays. Orders will be processed and shipped within two business days of being placed.

Delivery options are calculated based upon business days.

Expedited orders received before 12:00 p.m. CST will be shipped the same business day.

Saturday delivery is not available.

Orders of $100 or more with Skinatic qualify for free ground shipping. For all orders under $100, standard ground shipping is at a flat rate of $5.

If an item you have ordered is out of stock, the remaining items will be shipped according to your preferred shipping method.

Once a back-ordered item is back in stock, Skinatic will ground ship that specific item to you at no cost.

Return Policy

In light of current circumstances, we have extended our return policy. Customers now have 30 days to return unopened products for an exchange for a product of equal or greater value minus shipping costs.

Please note that Skinatic will not be responsible for lost returns.
